Three Ways to Live a High-Level Life

You’re sitting at a red light and your head is elsewhere. You’re thinking 10 steps down the road. How to juggle caring for a sick family member and get your work proposal written and delivered on time. You feel sluggish and really haven’t been taking the best care of yourself.

It’s not all bad here. You have family and a job and can improve your wellbeing in an instant by doing 10 squats when you get to your next stop. Like, really do them.

One of the biggest issues I see with high-performers like you is this thing called being too busy. Successful in many aspects of their life, but stuck in others and that’s where the busyness comes in. Wasting time doing things that do not serve their ultimate wellbeing and happiness.

Having said that, I’m daring to say it’s time to get busier. Busier doing the things that serve who we aspire to be in our imaginings.

For the wellness non-negotiables, I developed routines so my self-care is prioritized and executed flawlessly. I like to pretend I’m rehearsing for the ‘part’ of me as my best self and that keeps me motivated.

Here are 3 things I do:

1. Same breakfast every morning – I drink a nutrition-dense protein shake with lots of added goodies like liquid hyaluronic acid, collagen, and B-12. I know I am starting my day with solid nurture to my body and it makes me look and feel more confident and alive. link for hyaluronic acid https://amzn.to/2tYILId

2. Time block my calendar – Every 6 months I do a 3-day time inventory. Then I group like activities and time block my days so I’m super productive. Time block color coding is a great way to create a powerful visual image.

3. Weekly admin day – Monday is my designated ADMIN Day. I take care of all of the things that ground me. Team meetings, wardrobe, gas, clean out my handbag, banking and accounting, grooming appointments, medical & dental, car wash, groceries, and finally the ‘pile’. The pile is any mail-related to-dos.

(If you like these, you will LOVE my free book Step Into Your Power where I share all of my secrets for living a high-level life.).

Those are just a few of what I call Life Efficiencies that assure I get all of the important things done while I am creating balance and productivity.

If you know someone who needs this message please take a moment to share it. It will make them feel cared for and improve your day!
